To obtain monthly parking, download this form and email your request to ParkHarrisburg@spplus.com or call (717) 234-2274 and leave a voicemail with a return number and a good time to call.
TO ENROLL
- Monthly Parking: To enroll for monthly parking, please bring your first month’s payment as well as a one-time $15 administration fee in the form of either cash, check, or major credit card and a valid form of photo identification into our office located at: 223 Walnut Street, Suite 1, Harrisburg, PA 17101. Our hours are Monday to Friday, 9 am to 4 pm.
- Residential Parking: If you are signing up for residential parking, you must also bring a copy of your lease, a utility bill or a driver’s license as proof of your residence. This is available at all locations, even if it is marked as “SOLD OUT.”
- Student Parking: Temple University or Harrisburg University students signing up for student parking at the River Street Garage must bring proof of enrollment at their university. A student ID will meet this requirement. The student rate is only available at this location.
MONTHLY RATES
MONTHLY PARKING SPECIALS
RESIDENT MONTHLY SPECIAL – $110/MONTH
OVERNIGHT AND WEEKEND MONTHLY- Proof of Residency Required (ex. Driver’s License, Lease or Utility Bill)
- Monday to Friday, enter any time after 4:00 pm and exit by 9:00 am.
- Saturday and Sunday, unlimited parking, enter/exit at anytime (must exit the garage by 9:00 Monday morning).
- Includes 7 major holidays.
- Available at all garages and lots.
- Includes 5 incidentals per calendar month.
MOONLIGHTER MONTHLY SPECIAL – $80/MONTH
EVENING AND WEEKEND MONTHLY- Monday to Friday, enter any time after 4:00 pm and exit by 3:00 am.
- Saturday and Sunday, unlimited parking, enter/exit at anytime (must exit the garage by 8:00 am Monday morning).
- Includes 7 major holidays.
- Available at the River St Garage only.
MID-DAY MONTHLY SPECIAL – $90/MONTH
EVENING PLUS MON-FRI EARLY ENTRY AND WEEKEND MONTHLY- Monday to Friday, enter any time after 11:00 am and exit by 3:00 am.
- Saturday and Sunday, unlimited parking, enter/exit at anytime (must exit the garage by 8:00 am Monday morning).
- Includes 7 major holidays.
- Available at the River St Garage only.
